Cisco Sync up is all about sync up between employee and manager. Goal is to manage Employee Performance and Development.

The goal of the product Cisco Sync up is to help promote a positive workplace culture by facilitating meaningful communication by providing employees with secure communication channels to express their opinions, empowering companies to aggregate feedback, and providing employers with cutting-edge tools to address employee needs.

Team: 2 UX Designers, 3 Developers, 1 Visual Designer

I interviewed some employees of Cisco, Also I conducted surveys with 15 participants. My goal was to collect information which would help me to understand people's needs and preferences when it comes to their performance and career development.

User Study, Persona Creation, Wireframes, Visual Mockups and redlines.

Based on information I gathered, I started wprking on Low fidelity wireframe.

Once I got approval from team with my design approach. I started working on high fidelity wireframe

Next I provided complete design specification to developrs for implementations.
