Cisco Kiosk
Interactive computer systems
Goal
To understand all the possible paths a kiosk user could currently take. My team conducted a usability study, where I was able to observe user interviews and behavior using an actual machine. I used those insights, plus market research data, to create additional scenarios.
Challenge
Kiosk is large screen Interactive computer systems which can be used in the cisco lobby that can perform below activities using the function tabs available on the kiosks. • Self Registration and print visitor badge • Checking into Workspaces • Booking Conference and APR room using cisco map • Searching Cisco Amenities • Searching for People • Searching for Local Amenities • Viewing the Details of the People on a Floor • Viewing Neighborhood

Approach
For each path, I sketched out quick workflows, noting key screens and snapping photos of the UI. Then I created the new master workflow diagram and worked closely with the engineering team to validate functionality and scenarios. Based on that I create high fidelity visual exploration.
My Responsibilities
User flow, Interactive prototype, Visual exploration Iconography, imagery, Detailed design specification and Front end development.
