Business critical services a web-based application that allow customers to create quotes or estimates for cisco deliverables.

The goal of the project is to understand BCS work flow and the underlying architectural complexities and help the developer to implement the BCS flow in Pega application Tool. My ambitions were to create a strong foundation for customer to start user journey starting from estimate creation to Booking.

I was responsible for gathering this project’s requirements, architecting the web application, prototyping and creating visual assets for development.

I worked with business product manager and 2 Product owners to understand the business need and requirement.

With the help of Product owners and other senior designer I was able to define the project goals & state the problem and put the flow in whiteboard.

In order to improve the user experience holistically, I created a user flow chart Estimator.

When i joined this project, the intial design draft was already defined and I had just 3 weeks to delivered all the high fidelity mocks ups. So break down the priority for the development needs and jumped the to high relolutions screens with specifications
